  4. Fully obvious that Trump has engaged in insurrection and engaged with and supported insurrectionists. The 14th amendment does not require conviction, only engagement. Because trump loves to talk SO MUCH all the time, he has loudly broadcast his support of insurrectionists, his desire to pardon them, his musical appreciation of their jailhouse choir. The proof is absolutely apparent to everyone, except perhaps cult followers. Are you still sending this grifter money? Buying his trading cards and the little swatches from his old suit?   5. The states manage their elections, then certify and report those results to the Congress. The Secretary of State in each state manages the elections in matters large and small. This used to be a very boring job that the public rarely noticed, but since the pumpkin headed grifter decided to dabble in insurrection and to lean on secretaries of state in Georgia, Arizona and elsewhere, it has become a much more challenging position. Luckily, these obscure public servants stepped up when needed. The Secretary of State in the state of Maine is the latest of these proud public officials to step up and do what is included in the job description. The 14th amendment became legal when it was ratified. SCOTUS only gets to interpret the amendments, and this court has been doing a poor job of that. Luckily, the 14th amendment is pretty clear and very readable. Trump was voted out of office by the USA electorate, and he is not qualified to run again. He needs to focus on his numerous court entanglements, then look for a new job if he is able to fully clear his name. 🗽
