No they talk big when it comes to developing modern equipment but a combination of corruption and lack of funds these never get past the prototype stage

@BARELD050 that's my point they've developed the T-14 but it's never gone into full production. Now it's either because they can't afford to or its just no good

@raoulduke344 I know even in the days of of Soviet Union. I remember a Soviet pilot defected to the west bringing their newest fighter jet when the US got their hands on it they couldn't believe how bad it was, they only thing it could do well was fly in a straight line

@raoulduke344 no I can't say I've seen it but it sounds a little odd because it goes against one of the most important things special forces need to learn and that's stealth
