We gave that equipment to the Afghan Security Forces to fight for their country. THEY ARE THE COWARDS WHO DROPPED THE WEAPONS AND SURRENDERED! I blame them!

Paired up with a worthless and cowardly army.

@Zynex RavenOP I would love to see a war between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
13
Trump gave them most of that equipment. And Trump signed the fucked-up peace deal with the Taliban. Do you think the Taliban would not have taken over if Trump was in office? If you do you are hopeless.
12
Fuel isn't the problem. Spare parts and expert maintainers are the problem.
11
The Afghan Air Force needed US contractors to maintain their aircraft. Good luck keeping them flying now. Except the Russian ones of course.
10
@Zynex RavenOP On the other hand those religious fanatics in Pakistan could takeover the government and team-up with the Taliban. Then maybe the US/NATO could work with India to take-out the whole rotten bunch.

@Unknown-fj4gl Oh we certainly made a shit ton of mistakes. But we left a fully armed Afghan Army, Air Force and Police Force behind us. Many times better equipped then the Taliban. And instead of standing and fighting they just gave up. Honestly our biggest mistake is believing the Afghan Security Forces would fight for their country once we had left. The Kurds fought (and Trump abandoned them). Even the South Vietnamese fought. The Afghan soldiers disgraced themselves.
7
@Jewish.Hotdog You misunderstood me. I was referring to the Afghan security forces not the Taliban. The Taliban are intolerant fanatics, but they are not cowards.
5
Mugen's channel I am sorry but thats really far-fetched. The equipment was left behind primarily because the Afghan security forces dropped it whereever they were and ran away. How on earth was the US military supposed to go all over the country and retrieve all the abandoned weapons? The only place the US forces were at (Kabul Airport) they smashed all the equipment so the Taliban could not use it.
3
@warrior9326 Maybe with the less complicated parts.
2
@richi2831 I certainly agree the way we left was poorly done. I also did not like the fact that the Afghan Government was not included in the negotiations. What makes me mad as an American is we are getting all the blame, while the failure of the Afghan soldiers and police to resist is swept under the rug.
2
@afghannews785 You heard the reporter say we gave your country 28 billion dollars of arms. Thats $28,000,000,000! Not to mention 2,400 American lives and many other’s lives. Over trillion dollars that could have been better spent. Yes I blame your soldiers!
2
No. They have angled armor to deflect mine/IED blasts. They are not amphibious.

@vinaybhat7670 Keep your Sha-ria to yourselves.

@Malik_are_Kings Yeah whatever.
1
@Malik_are_Kings No.
1
@Malik_are_Kings Peace out.
1
@Malik_are_Kings That means I don’t wish to continue this conversation.
1
@cyrosubod2317 We are all in combat.
1
@2PMisTimeless The secular/educated classes in Pakistan won’t be happy if the Pakistani version of the Taliban takeover their country.
1
@sadanand7105 There is only one permanent solution to these problems, and maybe one day my country will become so pissed off that we will reach for it.
1
@Unknown-fj4gl The Taliban hosted Al Qaeda, who attacked us. I was in Washington DC on September 11th, 2001. I saw what happened at the Pentagon. The next attack that comes from Afghanistan I hope we use nuclear weapons so no one can live in that fucked-up country for 10,000 years!
1
@sadanand7105 Not my call bro.
1
@sabyasachibandyopadhyay8558 Maybe we should take our cue from Metallica and next time ‘kill em’ all.’
1
@JimEast123 We should have left right after we got Bin Laden at Tora Bora. But General Franks screwed that up. And Bush et al got obsessed with Iraq. And nobody thought through what staying in Afghanistan would mean.
1
@sabyasachibandyopadhyay8558 We forgot a limited war is usually a losing proposition, next time I hope it’s total war.
1
@sabyasachibandyopadhyay8558 Yes I agree. Well said.
