For all those who are quick to criticize this tragic mistake--let me ask you this has ISIS or Al Qaeda or the Taliban or the Haqqani group ever apologized for killing innocent civilians in a terror attack? Of course not. Because they usually did it on purpose.

@MAYANKkumar-sm4gh I beg to differ. ISIS claimed to be a government when they proclaimed the Caliphate in Syria and Iraq in 2014. And now the Taliban and Haqqani Groups are running Afghanistan. Lets see just how forthcoming they will be, both about all their past killings and the ones they will undoubtably conduct in the future.
