  6. Rory RoRy I don't agree with you. Poundsterlinglive.com shows that the average exchange rate was 1.5 to the € for the first years up to the 2008 Banking crisis. That caused a significant drop in the £ and it hasn't recovered . Why is that ? You can also see that the referendum caused the value to drop vertically and it has relentlessly lost value against the € and today it's the LOWEST ITS EVER BEEN.
