Having just googled his background, David Gauke is well educated, an experienced professional , and served the Conservative Party for a long time as a back bencher and in a wide range of government positions. He was far more experienced in Parliament and government than Boris Johnson , and it is no wonder that he refused to recognise Johnson as leader of the Conservative party, a party taken over by the far right and extremists. I would suggest that he recognised Johnson as the fraud that he is.
