  1. Maybe they're ashamed of their capbadge? 🤷🏻‍♂️ 3 Para have recently shown us that small acts of ill discipline will snowball into larger issues. If someone had gripped them a couple of years ago they wouldn't now be declared a non combat ready unit. The shame and embarrassment should be felt from Private to Lt Col and putting it right starts with the little things.
