  1. Smoke weed on your days off, maybe a little puff before bed. You gotta be ready to perform when the time comes. In Canada they say 24 hours before if u handle weapons , 8 hours before shift. None at all if on duty and training. Being deployed counts as on shift. Cbd is perfectly fine. Hell I even smoke cbd pens in front of my boss at work . But cbd is to treat illness and if u depend on Cbd to function you cant be in the army. Maybe you can work communications or some home base job but definitely dont go breaking your broken body ,just jeopardizes you and your team.
