  3. Yep, still it at because shale oil is an excellent source for our energy needs, and there are U.S. refineries which can handle it. It doesn't really how many of them there are. The prices of oil are dictated by the world market. What does that tell you ... if you are able to process anything at all.

  4. No it doesn't. It takes oil from shale in Canada, owned by Canada down to refineries in the U.S. Stop gaslighting.
