  3.  @indrutamilkavi  If I am the National Security Advisor, I will advise for a Uncle Sam State in NE carved out from Bangala , Myanmar , WB ; This will protect India being blackmailed by small states that they will move to China under “ bribe “ and solve illegal immigration problem into India ; I will suggest State autonomy while Defense , Forex , Police , Law & Order , Customs under Centre to avoid labeling / Sticker fixing ; In short , Economic performance under State account while Security under Centre ; These are my Two Cents Day Dreaming for India ;
