  2.  @shahrukhkotwal7125  Yes of course there are exceptions to the rule ; Tatas , Birlas , Ambanis , Narayamoorthy , so many startups are living examples ; They keep on re-investing and exploring the new ideas with animal spirit ; Do not compare apples with rotten tomatoes ; Also, The Scenario of investing within India by Private enterprises with Borrowings from Public money is OK ; These are better than Cheating Tax Payers money and stashing in Foreign banks and then convert it into white through money laundering and investing in Gold and Real estate ; It is this black money circulation that makes poor becomes more poorer ;

I deliberatly make a seperate note for the late and Great Dhirubhai Ambani ; He never borrowed from Public Banks ; He directly did it from the public itself and created many mammoth PSU equivalents with incredible efficiency ; Large respect to Dhirubhai's efforts and legacy ( through Mr.Mukesh ) in India ; The best model for Public & Private co-operation ; The impact the model created with Indian Public is something to be cherished ;

Willy nilly , the impact of Reliance Group with Indian Public is immense ; Anil Ambani group , let it face court proceedings as the assets stand secured against the loans ; He is around and not flown and settled in London ; Business Risks and insolvency has to be allowed ; I do not go into the crony capitalism that got the blessings of Congress govt for money laundering purpose and vested interests; Let us stay away from politics ;
