I am told Odisha is the Nursery for the Game Hockey and the Women team won World Cup thanks to Naveen Patnaik’s sponsor ; However , with so much of Mineral resources and corporate presence ( IFFCO , Vedanta , Birlas , IOC ) along with Port ( paradeep ) why it remains poor is something to be decluttered ; Is it due to naxals ?????
