Governor was late in leaving the Assembly ; He delivered a nice Tamil Speech which surprised many Tamils ; When he was heckled by Present Regime’s Alliance parties , He should have left the assembly ; Controlled himself well at that time ; But when a resolution was passed against him against the traditions , He immediately left ;It was like a single honest man against 100’s of unethical, indecent , nasty and toxic politicians ; Nothing wrong in leaving ; As far as , Law / Constitution, it failed to punish the corrupt political goons ; There lies the problem for India as a country ;
