@debapratimkundu9918 I think it has to be guaranteed by amending the Ukraine constitution; Right now , more arms are getting accumulated in Poland instead of peace talks ; West backs Ukraine to be adamant and to continue the fight instead of peace talks ; What is coming to surface is it is a straight fight between west + NATO + EU + Sanctions against Russia ; ( Business as usual for west ) ; Ukraine is a mere pawn ; Thats my view as peace talks are stalled ;
