Please pass u r “ Double Proportionality Standards “ Judgement on Large Scale Corruption in my Country ; Legitimate Aim is to erase Corruption and punish the Criminals , the Restriction is Wealthy people ( rather Politicians) can escape the Jaws of Law ; So many cases have piled up awaiting Judgement and most of the criminals are on bail ; Jail is an exception ; Some are even shouting inside the Parliament
