  1. Korea, Japan, Taiwanese aborigines, and the Philippines all share one unique characteristic: their traditional shamans are women. More importantly, their (pre-Christian/pre-Buddhist/pre-Hindu/pre-Islam) belief in spirits/gods are remarkably similar which is likely an indication of very ancient contact or ancient shared origins. Even the shaman initiation is the same and the general mechanics of mediumship, spirit healing, and spirit guides. They're basically primitive psychotherapists.
