Dangerous people with impaired empathy who will rape and kill you for a hit. They are also almost always part of organized crime. These are not people you love, these are people closer to the cartels of Mexico.

But just because they are doesn't mean they get free rein to endanger the lives of others. What you don't seem to understand is that the meth heads here aren't harmless hippies. They are part of organized crime syndicates which do a ton of other things besides sell drugs. How would you feel if I told you they also deal with white slavery and kidnap-for-ransom? Does that change the equation for you? These are people associated with Triads, Cartels, and Yakuzas. Not your everyday American junkie.

  5. Ideally yes. Those who are killed are those who fight back. The vast majority are given due process and/or rehabilitated.7000 might seem like a lot to you, but 7000 is a tiny tiny number compared to the 100 million population of the Philippines. MORE people die by gun violence in the US in a single year than that (~12,000).

  6. I'm guessing you're American. How many innocent people do your cops kill in a year? Remember BLM? Glass houses and all that. At least in the Philippines, the people killed are actually drug suspects resisting arrest. We don't shoot people for being a different race.
