  3. I think Ana has made a mistake puberty blockers being given when young is referring to people who have early on set puberty, which is nothing to do with transgender people. In fact puberty blockers were made for them and it was in the 80s we have a lot of data on what it does.

  4. I think one critism I have of what Ana said is of course you take detransitioners into account but you also have to take in data into account and detransitioners are very rare. You can't Analysis it as 50 - 50. Same with the surgery transgender surgery has much higher satisfaction rates than surgeries in general. So of course you take someone who was not satisfied into account however you cannot put it as 50 / 50.

  5. Actually most trans people have to get voice therapy to change their voice, it does not change with the hormones that often. You can make your voice go higher / lower with voice therapy and it apparently doesn't take that long at all. It is possibly this that you are noticing rather than the hormones doing anything.

  6.  @yarpenzigrin1893  no, that's not how it works. The older you get the deep your voice gets but your testosterone decreases the older you get, just as one example. It's a combination of factors that leads to a deeper voice it is not 1 to 1.

I'm talking about Vaush he's a different person who Ana is friends with and has a document with academic citations to counter right wing narratives.
