  1.  @kirkcousins3789  was he holding the gun when he was asleep maybe it was on the side and he picked it up as some thugs had just broken into his house and started shouting.

  2. The fact that he died probably believing he was killed by a robber shows how mishandled this was and all those cops in that situation and the judge that ordered it should be on manslaughter and murder charges.
