We need to remember he is economically illiterate he does not know how tarriffs work and is too arr ogant and isolated to listen to experts.

The news should be talking about this all the time

Fantastic video you should be on the news

I think this will happen, however it gives him too much intelligence and agency. It is obvious from what he says, he's just economically illiterate and unintelligent in general. He doesn't understand how tarriffs work.

All she has to do is to reset it to 2009 when it was the best healthcare system on planet earth. Everyone is alive from those days. It is exceedingly easy.
7
They asked the Bank of England, who stuggle with basic economics to advise on planning policy and never once consulted the royal town planning institute, so this is no suprise
6
The scary thing is the media seem to be welcoming it

Love to see the face on the people who are saying we don't have enough workers because of the number out of work and you pointed out you have 700,000 in a single city alone that could easily do all these jobs as managing money requires a lot less management than we have at the moment
5
These money managers are the actual middle management sucking our competitiveness dry.

This needs to be done in the NHS and in military for things like recruiting. For some baffling reason recruiting is done by a private firm and has not once hit it's target for the number of recruits. Simply because they take so lomg to process them more than half drop out of the process. Yet they make hundreds of millions a year for being failures
5
Not just is it that the rich will not spend more, the poor will be spending much less ruining economy. Due to marginal propensity to consume.

Another great video

I'm so glad I found your channel you are amazing

A huge issue is the right wing is setting the agenda, and the Liberal politicans are going along with it. And when someone sets an economically and politically illiterate agenda, they will win everytime as they have made up, the main problem and the solution.
4
One thing that isn't talked about much is all the politicians around now grew up when lead content in the air was at it's highest. The fact is they will be to a statistically significant degree less intelligent, more irrational, worse memories, poor decision making and irritable. Watch how a modern politician acts in interviews, it becomes quite clear. It's also quite stark the difference when you compare it to younger politicians and old interviews from past politicians. The gulf in introspection, forethought and intelligence is huge.

Well done proving you didn't watch the video that's exactly what he said. Your second paragraph is just em barrassing for anyone who has watched the video. All that matters is that we are repaying our repayments and we are.

@koltoncrane3099 tarriffs funded the entire federal government, when the federal government did bascially nothing, the roads you use, the electricity grid and Internet you used to type this would not be possible. By all means you want not one home comfort you have today go for tarrifs only and by that I'm not talking about a cheap sofa. What I mean is something as basic as you will not be able to travel or communicate with the neighbouring town anymore. Without serious effort.

This is baffling it shows how much you just trust that simple things like this are being done properly. The mindnumbing fact 10% of our gdp is just totally made up, is as emb arrassing as a few percent of gdp in Italy being based on what they think the size of their black market run by the mafia is.

And the issue is neoliberalism is an economically illiterate ideology therefore they cannot even comprehend how the actual economy works.
3
We have been told over decades that to care will make the economy worse. This is the opposite of reality but it is drilled into us. So governments do the opposite, in hopes pain will lead to a good economy, naturally the economy gets worse. So they need to decrease care even more. We cannot go back until the economically illiterate agenda is changed back to Kaynesian ecomomics.

This shows that government debt should be represented as monthly repayments like with a mortgage so people actially understand what it means in terms of debt.
2
Ah that's all well and good but you know what your talking about. We need someone to just scream national debt, so that status quo keeps going.
2
I think something else is that a lot people see that number and worry about only that and would do at expensive of everything else. But they don't seem to realise that debt has repayment plans. Focusing on that number is pointless. What you need to focus on is our repayment plan and how much that is. To compare it to a person, it is most like a mortgage, you measuring that in your monthly repayments and you know when you've payed your monthly mortagage repayment, you can do whatever you want with the rest of the money. I think looking at the national debt is a figure of interest, but I think a much more important figure is our monthly repayment. Not just would it be much more helpful it would also make it much easier for peopke to visualise the management of that debt and even real ways of getting in more such as calling our own debts from tax avoiders.

Maximising profit will minimise Investment and research & development because these are pre profit. The higher the corporation tax the more investment will occur, as the company wants to keep more money great way to do that is investment as it's not taxed. The lower corporation tax the more companies will take in profit as less of is taken by the tax man, but also that means the company has less money as it is taken out of the business.

Great video

We also have to keep in mind now the rich twke more from the government thsn anyone else. If it wasn't for roads, the electricity grid and internet Jeff Bazos would have made bot one penny. Yet refuses to pay tax even though his vans destroy our roads, and website uses our internet and electricity.

This farming debacle. Has made me realise it is not just wealth it is being asset rich. The amount of times I hesrd asset rich and cash poor. If you have assets the media will back you all the way. If you are a doctor who rents in the centre of London who complains about the price of housing, you will be told to stop being lazy, no more avocado toast and netflix. If someone with 1 million pounds in the stock market complained that they couldn't get a mortgage using the stock as collateral. That will be in all the newspapers as a travesty, he can be unemployed and the money given to him by his rich father they don't care he's asset rich. The reason seems to be a perverse aspiration, coupled with the price of these assets being tied to the media owners own saving techniques.

Genuinely so eye opening thank you so much! You need to be on the news

I would caveat the third one as a single income household. at £180,000 combined you can live comfortably anywhere in the nation, with ease. In fact if it was one on 90,000 and the other on 21,000 it would be fine as well.

@weeksy79 what in the world were you buying as your first house, that is half a million pound mortgage as your first house

@adriangoodrich4306 did you mean to respond to my comment?
