  1. This needs to be done in the NHS and in military for things like recruiting. For some baffling reason recruiting is done by a private firm and has not once hit it's target for the number of recruits. Simply because they take so lomg to process them more than half drop out of the process. Yet they make hundreds of millions a year for being failures
