You've misunderstood what they do, they don't create rain, they release rain from already existing clouds. Therefore no/little cloud cover, you can't do it.

@nopretribrapture2318 I found zero information on what you said. Againcloud seeding is using already present clouds to rain immediately, it requires a decent amount of cloud. No or little cloud cover I.e. here means you can't do it.

@Amaan Hussain you are correct, all the process does is make already existing clouds release the rain there and then, so you need clouds no/little cloud cover and you can't do it.

@strongerasone2403 1) this fire was started on private land 2) so to get this straight you think they (whoever they is) have put trillions into geo engineering that we can't find any evidence of, so they can have a carbon tax that will generate billions to nothing as the entire point is to reduce usage of carbon, a policy that was achieved in Australia before the supposed mass geo engineering project and was taken away during the mass geo engineering project... again debunking your theory. Why is it that hurricanes and wildfires still raged when Donald Trump was in charge as he would have been against any tax.... Do you see how your theory doesn't work.

@mikemike5973 you do know he made that up right? The fire started on private land

@mikemike5973 also why did you ignore my comment, on why they couldn't just make it rain. As the reason they didn't is because it (cloud seeding what you are referring too) doesn't create rain, it releases rain from already existing clouds. Therefore no/little cloud cover, you can't do it. That's what happened here.
