  4.  @ajossi  it does when you don't have a government strangling it and purposfully trying to privatise it, so their mates can make money. 12 years ago before the Tories took power the NHS had it's highest satisfaction rating, it was the best healthcare system on the planet and the cheapest of developed nation.
