  22. More than twice as many Republicans died than Democrats due to not taking the pandemic seriously. Because trump championed the vaccine, Republicans took it and after that their de ath rate actually came back to levels similar to Democrats. Meaning the vaccine worked, it didn't end it just like how the flu jab doesn't end it forever. But it made it much less harmful, reduced spread.
