I do have to point out the councils budget is decided by the government in Westminster, that's the Conservative one. If these people want actual change, all they did was fall for the scapegoat.

@wendynicholss6886 well yeah of course, all they did was go to the supplier say can we buy this much and they said yes. It's not hard, if you think it is. I see dumb enough to think the Conservatives performed even okay with this pandemic.
