I would wash a rental car . . . but everyone is different . . .

You claimed that welfare policies "forced" fathers to leave and abandon their families. This is incorrect. The fathers could have been responsible, and gotten a job, and supported their families. No one "forced" them to leave. They were lazy and made their choice for free money. Also, in many cases around the country, the women had live-in boyfriends who lived in the home out of wedlock in order to have both the man and the welfare check. Married people got divorced and then lived together. Other people lied to the government case worker about who was living at home and what the situation was. You talk too optimistically, as if you are naive or something. Find out what people are really like, and how they really behave. Government cannot fix stupid.

They were not "forced" to leave. They made a choice.

Blaming the planners and authorities, instead of blaming the real problem is humanist propaganda. The planners and authorities did not form gangs and commit crimes -- the people did. The pictures you are showing tell the true story. Look at them.

You are blaming welfare for breaking up the family. It was not the welfare that did it. It was people's GREED to get the free government handout.

I grew up in Indianapolis. They built small apartment projects on the bus line close to shopping areas. They ended the same way. It is not the planning -- it is the people. Those people came from the ghetto, and they brought the ghetto with them.

@theirmom4723 When factories close down, you move to where the job is. There have not been "hard times" in this country since 1930.

The children could live there. You get more welfare money for each child. Your journalist is fake.
