  1. Any reason not to mention Lebanon? Requirements are similar to Malaysia and it also has a territorial tax system.

  2.  @Old_Salt  may I ask you why? Seriously. There must be some misconceptions/prejudice regarding Lebanon, so I would like to know some concrete reasons not to try it.

  3.  @Old_Salt  Thanks. No wonder Andrew selects a few countries: theoretically there are some other options for territorial taxation but, like Lebanon, there are practical reasons to stay away. Pity though.
