  3. They spent a while on the show talking about his diet which apparently consists solely of beef, water, and salt. It's kind of extreme, but he's doing it for health reasons I won't go into. I wouldn't recommend it for everyone and neither is he, but there are plenty of people and cultures that survive or even thrive on a restricted or near-mono diet. Be smart and be healthy but make your own choices. Since they uploaded the clip this was intended for I'm thinking I might just go ahead and delete this one, but that's REALLY cheating.
