  3. Gotta take it to that next level. Couldn't just de-escalate the situation and go on with the day. If a White guy had given them a business card would they have also had him produce ID and then take it from him to copy the information down and run at a later time? Possibly, but we'll never know. Although in the current climate this was more stupidity by entitled, authoritarian I-am-the-law nitwits - especially as we see them run the gentleman's information after the fact. That's a bitch move, officer friendly.
