  5. Whaddaya mean now? Most politicians prostitute themselves out in all sorts of ways. The late P.J O'Rourke wrote the book "Parliament of Whores: A Lone Humorist Attempts to Explain the Entire U.S. Government" back in 1991. Regardless of what I think about his personal politics, the book was funny and just as accurate today, if not more so, as it was 32 years ago.

  6. I'm glad I don't. I wouldn't want anyone voting in an election they don't care about any more than I would want them drafted to serve in a military that they don't want to be in. A few things should be compulsory in most societies, like obeying laws and paying taxes, but voting shouldn't be one of them - especially in a country as dysfunctional as the US. Forget about Donald Trump, if voting was mandatory here we would have elected some kind of Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho as president by now.
