The problem about waiting for the stock market to tank 5%-20% is that while you are waiting, it probably went up by the same percentage so you're buying at the same price now as you would have months ago. And if the market doesn't tank, then you're buying higher. lmao, that's what they said last year and now those who stood on the sidelines are paying 60% higher because the market goes up in the long term! That's what those who stood on the sidelines in 2009 said and now it's 4-5 times more (or 450% return) because the market goes up in the long term!

For the fools that bought crypto in May 2021, they've lost -50% as of July 2021, even worse if you bought dodgecoin -80%! You're wrong about inflation going up. Most people aren't buying new cars. However, most people DO buy gas and that's roughly the same as a year ago, not to mention that we work from home and saved soo much money by not spending on gas or maintenance, and tons more on not having to pay for daycare costs. Inflation or no Inflation, who cares. Own high quality companies whose products and services have pricing power, that leads them to have stable growing cash flows. Price will take care of the rest...
