  2. Mafew in Canada it’s typically like 3.39% for a 5-year fixed at the moment. It’s slightly cheaper but shorter terms.

  3. Mafew a 5 year variable rate mortgage could be as low as 2.5% here in Canada still. But if prime goes up so too does the rate proportionally. Say we see a 1% increase in interest rates (4 hikes), then the variable rate becomes 3.5%, and so on & so forth.

  5. Mafew yes, we have 5 year fixed as our most common. 10 year is the longest I typically see but you pay heavy rates for it.
