  16. Hmm. I see no evidence that Germany is "in play." To the contrary, the government is actively and loudly preparing the population and the business community for the coming squeeze. This take that Germany is in thrall to the Russians because of Nordstream comes across as sensationalist melodrama. But maybe I'm missing something?
