  1. When you're talking about North Korea's USA missile targets don't forget Guam and Honolulu, both with military bases with easy reach of Kim & his Kronies. Also you've got to remember these two are autocrats and want to rule the world, so rather than teaming up they are possibly sizing each other up to see how easy it'll be to screw over the other guy. Also don't forget Putin's 'charm' side visit to Vietnam, where after he left the Vietnamese screwed him over by proclaiming their relations with the USA and other western alliance countries was paramount to their future.
