Two well qualified ones I can think of without looking up the resumes of all Biden's picks: Blinken was an undersecretary of state in the Obama administration and had years of experience in the State Department before that, Austin was in the Army for 40 years, retired as a general, and lead Central Command. Yellen has the qualifications, whether someone thinks she's done a good/bad job would be personal opinion (I'd say nothing spectacular from her tenure). Buttigieg was an unknown but seems to have quickly picked up the skills and done a good job as Transportation Secretary; maybe being a mayor and having to deal with public works projects at that level is actually good experience? The rest I can't recall their backgrounds.

So by the title of this video, and what you're saying in it, if this was a USA television show called "The B-Team" it would make the original 1980s "The A-Team" show look like a television masterpiece? 😃😃 Your description of Trump and his cabinet choices sounds like how you describe Xi Jinping and his relationship to the senior leadership of the CCP, which doesn't give me a lot of comfortable vibes. 😲😲☹ Back to the Bette Davis line "Fasten your seatbelts, its going to be a bumpy ride" (paraphrased, of course).
