  1. The EU is the second biggest market for cocaine (after the USA) and also has opioid abuse problems, I'm sure those manufacturing fentanyl have considered the EU as a new market, if they haven't already started imports.

  3. I was hoping PZ would give more detail of NAFTA's regulations and how that would limit the use of tariffs (if it does) between the three countries. If one of the three (the USA in this case) can unilaterally impose a tariff increase on the other two it doesn't say much for NAFTA, does it? I better buy that new car pretty soon.
