  3. Mexico City brings up sovereignty issues and throw a temper tantrum at the USA once in a while, especially every five years around Mexican presidential election time. But then they realize there's the NAFTA money train (and the "coca caboose" on it) bringing money and jobs into the country from "El Norte" and settle back down.

  4. Its more about providing Mexicans with job opportunities rather than having them come here (the USA) seeking job opportunities. Its had both positive and negative outcomes.

  5. I suppose Russia doesn't say negative things about USA and European spy agencies and their dealings in other countries? It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone if that happens.
