  1. Single moms? I love folks/society saying that, we completely dismiss the 'daddy' part of that equation. Blackrock and their brethren - they might have 1%, maybe 2% of the houses, possibly more in desirable areas, but not enough to significantly upset the market for young couples/single people to buy a home.

  2. Laughed at Peter's comment about raising kids in a city/condo. The way my neighbors with kids keep them inside or in the small backyards when they are home is no different than raising them in a downtown condo. I guess its all the mysterious perps out there on the neighborhood streets?
