Just for reference purposes: A lot of old tank bodies (both USA and Soviet/Russian) were buried just below the ground surface back in the 1970s-1980s to fool that era's spy satellites and radar devices. Supplement those with non-functional (no weapons systems) tanks sitting above that could be moved around, and actual fully-functional tanks, and you'd have an impressive-looking arsenal for the enemy to ponder over. I sure hope Peter isn't including those defunct and no-weapons tanks in his numbers.
