  1. I would never invest in China. If you wanna play the Chinese growth story, go with Coke, Nike, Starbucks, Restaurant Brands etc.

  2.  @srihari_g  No, it's more a legal issue. Property rights are not guaranteed. Especially not for foreign investors. I'm rather buying at the NYSE, in London, Frankfurt or Zurich.
