  1. when u introduce someone as a 'war hero', i'm immediately suspicious about everything else you're going to say... speaking of the term... 'war hero'.... HOW RIDICULOUS is that?! To my mind, the only person who should be called a war hero, is maybe someone who stopped a war from happening! 😊 i know, i know, if you save a bunch of lives, you're called a 'war hero'... All i can tell you is, i would NEVER want to be called a war hero. War is UGLY and frightful. We shouldn't glorify ANY part of it. Most soldiers would save as many people as they could because most humans would save as many people as they could.....because that's what being human is. If you saw a bus about to run over a child, who wouldn't push that child out of the way, despite then putting yourself in harm's way?...Does it make you heroic? I don't want to take anything away from anyone who has done 'great things' to save people but maybe we should consider how much we glorify war? Like war movies....
