  1. Thank you for sharing that story about your mom. It was very inspiring and made me think about my ancestors. Although I am only a third generation to this country as most of mine came from the Croatia Yugoslavia area they had a lot of great dishes. But this one that you made with the potatoes and the eggs and the onion salad really looks good. And thank you for sharing it.
