  1. No need for the tinfoil hats. ISIS-K has a grudge with Russia, including Russia’s interference in Syria, as well as Africa. ISIS-K is opponents to Iran, a Russian ally, and has attacked Iran (and parts of the EU). We all know that Russian’s internal security is a joke, including the Wagner march on Moscoww, and a THIRD attack on Belgorod (sp), not to mention those symbolic drone “attacks” on Moscow. I’m just wondering if this terrorist attack was actually delayed — would have had more impact BEFORE the elections!
