  6. ​ @LaLa-noblahblah  1. People still should be qualified, but I understand companies don't always hire the best. This goes for all hires. 2. Morale only dips for bigots. Most of us don't care.

  7.  @LaLa-noblahblah  There needs to be mentors to raise new people up instead of the "good ol' boys". If you aren't trying to help new people, of course they can't rise up. It's the culture that needs to change, adding diversity does this. If a few MAGATs cry because of it, so be it.
