We don't know if he actually wouldn't do his job, because DeGroomer fired him before he took any action. '...after you accepted the job said you would not cook steaks...' Saying it is fine. If I didn't cook steak when I had to though, then it's a problem. This actually happens in business, someone says they won't, but once their job is on the line, they do it.
