The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. Trump had the third-biggest primary deficit growth, 5.2% of GDP, behind only George W. Bush (11.7%) and Abraham Lincoln (9.4%). Bush, of course, not only passed a big tax cut, as Trump has, but also launched two wars, which greatly inflated the defense budget. Lincoln had to pay for the Civil War. By contrast, Trump’s wars have been almost entirely of the political variety.

@billshiff2060 Aren't you one of those Tucker rubes who think Russia is the good guy? 🤣
3
Tucker was such a good investment for Russia's propaganda department.
2
@CDWCAULDRON Stop throwing a fit and post the numbers then. Also, while you're at it, post Obama's and Biden's too. (Remember that Bush passed the bank bailout before Obama got into office, so 2009 is inflated.)
2
Good.
2
Glad you understand it.
2
Did the Republicans pass a plan for that yet? They are in control of the house.
1
kitt7459 It's fact. Can you dispute it?
1
@martinpope3835 Why? Are you tired of logic getting into your safespace?
1
Dark Brandon got an infrastructure bill, the IRA bill and the CHIPS act done.
1
Dark Brandon passed the infrastructure bill, IRA bill and CHIPS act.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Trump failed at managing Covid, so no, he doesn't get a pass.
1
@harryfarber6435 No. Trump should have kept the taxes on Biden and all the other rich people. Instead Trump sold us all out for his tax cuts for the rich.
1
@tenpoint243 You're waiting? For what? I don't see any other comments from you.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Cry more.
1
Just because they're not white, doesn't mean they're not allowed into the US. 🤦🤦♂🤦♀
1
@Afurthyclays Cheap? I get $1000 a comment to try to wake you sheep up.
1
@billshiff2060 Oh, it's you. You're a bit too much of a freak for my taste. I don't get off to comments. So, imma leave you be.
1
@deanwoolston4794 It's fact. Cry more.
1
@CDWCAULDRON Show me the real numbers then.😂😂
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Opinion? It's fact. I know it's hard for the party of "alternate facts" to recognize actual facts, but it's true. 'The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. By contrast, Trump’s wars have been almost entirely of the political variety.'

@tenpoint243 Aw, that's cute. You're being Fear the Krazy's emotional support pet.

1
@fearthekrazy5186 By saying "not Trump's fault"? That's your argument? The deficit went up every year under Trump, it wasn't just Covid.
1
@CDWCAULDRON Do you have "alternate facts"? Show me any proof that they're wrong.
1
@CDWCAULDRON 'Trump’s most enduring legacy could be the historic rise in the national debt It rose almost $7.8 trillion during his time in the White House — approaching World War II levels, relative to the size of the economy. This time around, it will be much harder to dig ourselves out.' 'During President Donald Trump's tenure in the White House, the national debt grew by some $7.8 trillion—or nearly 40 percent compared to the amount when former President Barack Obama left office in January 2017.' 'Instead, his budget estimates showed that he would actually add at least $8.3 trillion, increasing the U.S. debt to $28.5 trillion by 2025.1 But the national debt reached that figure much sooner. The national debt stood at $19.9 trillion when President Trump took office in January 2017, and it reached a high of $27 trillion in October 2020.'

Did the Republicans pass a immigration reform bill yet? They have the house.
1
@kennethjacobs2151 That was taken from an article. They're being tongue-in-cheek, saying Trump's "wars" have only been political. Because Trump is really into the culture wars nonsense.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Now judge bill shiff's sentence structure: "C~- - <===oo No honey, Where your tongue👅is concerned I definitely do NOT believe in rushin! Low and slow is the ticket , yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh"
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Yeah, this bill shiff guy has some serious problems.😂
1
@phkutandpedobidensuppoters Hahaha, what? You doing ok there? Having a meltdown because you can't find a fact?
1
Well, this comment thread has gotten too long. Remember: 'The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office.' 'Trump left the White House with the largest peacetime budget deficit in American history and a national debt exceeding 100% of the economy for the first time since World War II.'
1
@Dwight Fry Keep crying. Poor little sheep.

@jcgoogle1808 What bills have the Republicans passed to fight this? Still on Hunter's laptop and abortion?
1
@jcgoogle1808 A.) Starts in the house: "Laws begin as ideas. First, a representative sponsors a bill. The bill is then assigned to a committee for study. If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be voted on, debated or amended. If the bill passes by simple majority (218 of 435), the bill moves to the Senate." B.) They've had time to pass other meaningless bills: "House Republicans on Monday night made good on a campaign promise by approving a bill that would zero-out funding from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) that is intended to dramatically increase the IRS' enforcement abilities -- and, Democrats and the government say, target wealthy tax cheats." C.) Bills start in the house. Let's see what ideas the Republicans have.

@chevyhp You need to read some real news. "Donald Trump asked for boxes of records at Mar-a-Lago to be moved after receiving a government subpoena to return them, an employee of the former president reportedly told the FBI. The Mar-a-Lago employee is cooperating with the US Department of Justice and has been interviewed multiple times by federal agents, the Washington Post said."
1
@martinpope3835 He's not much, but he got an infrastructure bill, the IRA bill and the CHIPS act done. I'm happy with the results, even if it's probably his handlers doing most of the work.
