Remember 1992 when US intelligence was fooled to believe that YINHE was transporting precursors for Chemical weapons to Iran. After the YINHE incident, China must be really doing it but US Navy hesitate to take action for fear to make same blunder. But now with the Chinese Navy presence in the Indian Ocean, such incident won't repeat.

  5. What intelligence?? In 1992, China counter spies made the Americans believe that the Yinhe vessel was transporting chemical weapons precursors to Iran. So either US are telling lies or getting played again by China counter spies.
