  1. It always seems funny to me that the maintenance of the waterways is a task for the army. Like why? why the army? A army man or woman on a boat is the wrong place to be. that is (merchant) marine territory.

  2.  @kempo_95  there have been civil engineers are as old as the road to Rome. In my home country civil engeneers where already digging out canals and reclame land back in the 1400th those are not build by our army just your everyday people and lead by civil engineers.
