  2. That depends a bit on the locations but I think that in most you will see carp or other fresh water fish. the exception would be around the cities them selves. those waters are not good.

  3.  @NPDOutdoors  i don't think that the fish there is really nice to eat. but if you collect your fishing licence you will learn also where you can and can not fish.. Or what quota you are allowed to take out. (most fishing there is more just recreation with throwing back said fish) You might have more succes just taking care of the sheep and cows next to the canals. there is plenty of them and farmers are often welcome if you can give them a hand.
