  3. Women are writing a romance novel with them as the star. She is a larger-than-life heroine so therefore everything that she does and says and thinks is larger-than-life. Simple everyday occurrences are blown up to gigantic proportions to fit the heroic narrative. Wow. The delusion is off the charts. I don't know why mental health practitioners are not ringing the alarm bells. Mental illness tends to get worse with age. Let's make insane asylums great again.
